Did you download an animation and it does not animate? Here are some things to try. Not all image programs support animated gifs, the end result is a still image of the animated gif file. Try a program like ACDSee, it supports animations. Try viewing the animation in your web browser (Netscape or MIE), the animation will always animate in a web browser. If you are trying to import an animation into a Microsoft Word document or an email client, check the help files that come with the programs to see if this is at all possible. All of our animations 'animate', they WILL all work after you have downloaded them.
